Protection
As it should be during the completion of any tasks on behalf of the business it is the aim of C-All to minimise the requirement for the use of PPE within the work area. PPE will only be recommended where it is not reasonably practicable to control the hazard another way.
Every effort will be made to ensure that the businesses employees are fully aware of the requirement for PPE along with the consequences of not taking these appropriate steps to minimise the risks to their safety from the work activities being completed.
Enforcement
As your business may be aware under (The Health and Safety (Fees) Regulations 2012), where a business is found to be in material breach of the health and safety laws, the business will be liable for the recovery of costs relating to the breach that would include any investigation, inspection and enforcement action that may be taken.
